10 ways to help manage your anger:


1. Remain slient
2. Sulk in one corner
3. Bash the pillow
4. or Scream in the pillow
5. Scream at someone
6. Throw a fit
7. Start swearing at anything
8. Beat the cat*
9. Beat the cat furiously*
10. Do all of the above

*if no cat is present, use something similar

note: any of the above actions may cause harm to others, be sure to warn them before proceeding
